Copyright & Intellectual Property

1. Ownership

The BuuQ name, logo, wordmark, tagline "Wanna Glow? Just BuuQ It.", app, website, design, source code, text, graphics and other materials (collectively, the "Content") are owned by BuuQ or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual-property laws of the Republic of Kenya and applicable international treaties.

2. Trademarks

"BuuQ" and the BuuQ logo are trademarks of BuuQ. You may not use them without our prior written permission, and you may not use them in a way that suggests endorsement, affiliation or sponsorship without authorisation.

3. Permitted use

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the BuuQ app and website for their intended personal, non-commercial purpose. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, reverse-engineer or create derivative works from the Content except as expressly permitted or allowed by law.

4. User content

You retain ownership of content you submit (such as photos, service listings and reviews). By submitting it, you grant BuuQ a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display and use that content solely to operate, promote and improve the platform.

5. Reporting infringement

If you believe content on BuuQ infringes your copyright or trademark, contact legal@buuq.co.ke with a description of the work, the allegedly infringing material and its location, your contact details, and a statement of good-faith belief. We will review and act on valid notices.

6. Governing law

This notice is governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya.
